This is the only page in english right now. The other pages are in swedish, maybe you understand a little?

Since I have started to use the NedStat counter I have noticed that I get many visitors from all over the world.

My latest project is DAC-DELTA SIGMA, which is a digital analog converter for audio signals. Sound quality is world class. Maybe you can get an idea if you click on 'mätvärden' and 'tekniska data' (only in swedish)? The heart in the design is a chip (actually two chips in one package) from Crystal Semiconductor. I have a closeup picture of the PCB. The chip I have used is the best chip there is for 16-bit CD-quality audio.

PCB's are available.

Is anybody interested in an audio DAC which is capable of to produce 192 kHz / 24 bit / 120 dB audio?

DAC-DELTA SIGMA get its power from an ultra low noise power supply. This power supply can feed anything that requires quite supply voltage

The project will be a SMD (surface mounted devices) project because it's virtually impossible to get good results otherwise. Right now I'm investigating the possibilities for ordinary people to buy this chip. Crystal (datasheet) have a 122 dB DAC called CS43122. AKM (hard to find info there these days) has also a very good chip AK4395! 120 dB S/N. Those two chips are my candidates.

My design idea is an upgrade of my DAC-DELTA SIGMA project. I will use a micro controller instead of using hard wired logic.

This project is on ice for the time being. Maybe in the fall 2002 I start, can't promise anything. Meanwhile you can wish for features. Send me a mail about that, please.
