QRV08 - IC4/5 and IC 8/9 LM431 must be populated?

Hi PA,

I have a question regarding QRV08:

- IC4/5 and IC8/9 the LM431 is not seen on the picture of the populated board and in the BOM there is no order No. given/marked as "not used".
In the circuit diagram they are shown as both installed.
Can they be omitted?

The IC5 and IC9 are TO92 type, hole mounted. You only need one of the parts, SMD or TO92.
