heaveno,
wondering how i could use the buffers as an output stage for V out dac. can i just put an input cap and that s it?
You may check how your DAC out is right now. Does it need a buffer?
not sure what you mean ...but i want to replace the output stage in my dac. i would tap the signal from the dac chip output directly.
Is the output from the DAC a voltage or a current output? You must know this. Have you checked the schematics?
it s for a voltage out dac as stated in my first post :-)
either ad1852 or sabre dac. is it easy and desirable to put your buffer as an output stage?
The DAC needs an output filter, do you have that?
errrr...no but i have a couple of inductors 10k mh at hand...
didnt think i needed anything else...
if i ever end up not seeing a use for the buffers you just sent me i ll give them to someone i guess
would it be easy to make a filter?
You could have them in an active filter.
Curious, but how do you handle the out of band noise from the DAC if you don't have a serious filter? The datasheet suggests a third order Bessel filter.
well the thruth is that i didnt adress this problem yet. i thought i didnt need a filter.
any clue about where to start on this?
dont want you to make all the work for me. maybe i m getting into something too complicated for my not so expert skills.
You should consult the datasheet for the DAC and also available application notes. Those documents are for commercial designs. It's a very good start.
