Hi P-A,

I just found maybe the SMD type BF722/BF723 maybe the best replcement of BF471/BF472, and could easily order from Farnell.

BF722(Farnell order number: 1757916)

Check if I am right, and I hope this could help you finish the QRV01 article when you are free.

Suggested types are the same transistor except for package, I'm pretty sure.
