Title: SSR01 tr question
Post by: yhmzzz on February 04, 2011, 06:50:55 AM
Hi,

I'll order SSR01 pcbs soon for 5V and 24V regulators. But I don't have BC556C or BC556B.
Can I use BC560B or BC560C instead of BC556C?

Thanks.

I have the "C" selection if you are interested but "B" will also work.

You mean both BC560B and BC560C are ok?
I have a few BC560x(not exactly B or C rank) and I may use these.

Thanks.

You should use "B" as the worst option, not "A".

I got it. Thanks.

The SSR01 I ordered is for my DIY DAC.
Currently the DAC uses battery psu, but for convenience I want a normal AC-DC regulator.
I'll compare the battery psu and SSR01 psu.

I'm looking to the SSR01 psu for better sound.
