Super Buffer

Volumetrafo SILK STA 522 at the input. I use 221 ohm in series with the input. At the output AND the input almost all the supply voltage is as DC.  :-o I guess I have to use a parallel resistor both at the input and output to get it stable ?

Could you supply me with a drawing please. The input needs a DC path for the bias current and the output doesn't need anything if you have a dual supply voltage such as +- 15 V.
